Service and RMA support
Star Networking provides B2B after-sales service for delivered server parts, storage media, adapters, power modules and project hardware. We keep order details, serial numbers, product photos and return inspection results clear, then arrange repair, replacement, an equivalent item or credit as appropriate.
Email rma@star-networking.com with order number, invoice number, product model, P/N, serial number and a short fault description.
Attach clear photos of the item label, original packaging, connector area, error screen or test result so the service team can identify the exact unit.
After the case is reviewed, we provide RMA details and return instructions. Please do not ship goods back before approval.
Returned items are checked against their serial numbers and recorded condition. Approved cases are handled by repair, replacement, equivalent replacement or credit according to stock and item condition.
