Warranty and RMA Support

Eligible parts supplied by Star Networking are covered by a one-year limited warranty unless the quotation or invoice states a different term. To request an RMA, provide the order number, P/N, serial number, label photo and a description of the fault. Returned items are inspected before resolution.
