Before shipment, we can provide photos of the product, label, connectors, protective packing and carton, together with serial numbers, condition, the installed BOM and available firmware or health screenshots. The quotation states which inspection details are included with the order.
Star Networking warranty terms are stated on the quotation and invoice. Manufacturer support, Care Pack, ProSupport and channel eligibility are confirmed separately.
