Commercial terms
A website price is not an instruction to pay. Product details, condition, quantity, included options, freight, tax and quotation validity are confirmed in the written commercial documents.
The quotation or proforma invoice states whether full payment or a deposit-and-balance schedule applies. Sourcing and configuration begin after the stated order conditions are met.
A purchase order lists the requested items and buyer approval. Star Networking accepts the order after confirming the quotation and issuing an order acknowledgement.
Open-account or Net payment terms are not available by default. Any credit limit and payment period require written approval for the named legal entity and order.
The written quotation states the transaction currency. Bank, intermediary, card, conversion, tax, duty and customs charges remain allocated only as stated in the accepted documents.
Pay only to the beneficiary and account printed on the verified invoice. Any requested beneficiary change must be confirmed through a previously known Star Networking contact channel before payment.
Availability, price, configuration and lead time can change before written acceptance. An order is accepted only when Star Networking issues written confirmation and the quotation or invoice conditions have been met. Do not treat a website form submission, BOM email or buyer PO as automatic acceptance.
For an itemized commercial review, send the model or manufacturer P/N, quantity, condition preference, destination and required delivery date through the BOM RFQ.
