This cloud service covers managed log monitoring, triage and escalation for the named eligible appliance. Confirm the connected logging platform, data ingestion and retention allowances, customer contacts and escalation responsibilities. Monitoring does not automatically include hands-on incident remediation or hardware replacement.
The subscription is activated only after the eligible customer account, device and cloud prerequisites have been confirmed.
